OxyChile employs more than 120 people, fifteen  work in the Main Office in Santiago and the rest in our Plant in Talcahuano.

The low personnel turnover, the high commitment and professional excellence, have allowed OxyChile to obtain productivity standards equivalent to the OxyChem's plants in U.S.A.  OxyChile is also highlighted thanks to its low accident and environmental incidents levels in its production processes.

These achievements have become an example to other members of the corporation around the world, besides, been awarded both in Chile and abroad.
